XRite has sent me their new product for inclusion in my latest book project, Color Pipeline... ColorMunki.

Sorry, I'm having a hard time getting past that goofy name. Ha! (Maybe it was the devastation that the German language laid upon my GPA back in college?)

However, it is a product aimed squarely at Photographers and Designers to simplify Color Management, (funny... so is the new book!) and give you a bunch of specific and useful tools at your fingertips, for a pretty reasonable price (around $500).

I'm going to run it through the paces... my biggest concern is that cheap products in the past have given us, well, cheap results, but you can be sure I'll be giving it a thorough testing and comparison to our venerable i1 Match system and I'll post the full review on my blog.
