Onsite Support

There's nothing like having a knowledgable techie at your side when you need them. Our Onsite Support service gives you the ability to have someone available to tackle technical issues that you pay only for the time that you need them.

Our Onsite Support allows smaller organizations (usually 10 or fewer people) to have onsite technical expertise, but without any contract or long-term commitment. Just call us when you need us, we'll send someone out to address whatever issues you have. All of our techs are able to help with any of the following issues:

  • Software Issues
  • Performance Issues
  • Crashing
  • Networking
  • New System Setups
  • OS Upgrades
  • Server Installations
  • Software Deployments

Even for larger organizations, our Onsite Support options are great for large projects where you need one or more people onsite for larger projects or to supplement your own IT staff. Or as an alternative, our Regular Techie service provides a higher level of service and consistency.

Pricing is by the hour, with a 1 hour minimum and travel charge per visit, which makes Onsite Support our most flexible plan for onsite technical help.

It's easy to get started. Just contact us at schedule@techsuperpowers.com to schedule an appointment. For most new customers, we require prepayment of one hour of time plus the normal travel charge and a signed copy of our service agreement.  After the initial hour, then we simply bill you as we do the work. If you're looking for consulting for a smaller or larger project, contact us to talk about what you need.

For those that require our special talents, we also have our Advanced Consulting Services, which provide higher-end services, available on a project basis. With dozens of completed projects in Windows/Mac Integration, Color Management, Digital Workflow issues, Digital Photography, Database Management, and more, our Advanced Consulting Services are for the really complex issues that require project management, training, and onsite technical work.
