The TSP Managed Mac Application

The TSP Managed Mac Application is an innovative application that allows TSP technicians ("techies" as we call them) to have remote access to customer machines wherever they are - behind corporate firewalls, in hotels, or on the road.

Developed using open source technology, the TSP Managed Mac Application was developed by us to be an easy, secure, and flexible application that allows us to control a customer's machine remotely to apply updates, fix software problems, or diagnose complex issues on-demand.

Using the TSP Managed Mac Application is easy:

  • Step 1: We send you the TSP Managed Mac Application in an email.
  • Step 2: You unzip the file and double-click on the application.
  • Step 3: Select the Techie that you're working with and hit "Connect."
  • Step 4: Sit back and let us do our magic.

Because of the security and liability requirements of having remote access, the TSP Managed Mac Application is available only to customers that are on contract with our Managed Macs service.
